Barbara S. Natoli, MA, LMHC, BCBA is the Executive
Director and Founder of Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC, and has been in private practice since 1987. She has extensive
clinical training and experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization
in Applied Behavior Analysis and Developmental Disabilities. Her clinical group practice has Clinical and Home-based
Teams serving children and adults with a range of challenging problem behaviors across a range of diagnoses, including Autism/Pervasive
Developmental Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bi-polar Disorder, Selective Mutism, developmental
and communication disorders, inclusion issues, and learning disabilities among others. Mrs. Natoli has presented at state
and national conferences, and does ongoing professional development workshops in a variety of settings. Dennis
Bradley, MA, LMHC, BCBA holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University in
Boston, MA. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Mr. Bradley has over
25 years experience as a clinician. The focus of his practice is pediatric problem behavior and teaching appropriate
social skills children with behavior disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental delays, and/or complex difficulties
in learning. He also specializes in treating anxiety disorders and school refusal in children and adolescents. In addition
to his office based practice, Mr. Bradley consults in a variety of school settings in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He
is also on the faculty of Rivier College in Nashua, NH.
Kim Goodwin,
MA holds her Master's Degree in Psychology from Boston University, as well as a
Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Populations from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Before
joining the clinical team at Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC, she worked as an Autism Service Provider with the Northeast
Arc's Building Blocks program and as the Assistant Site Director for MGH Youth Care's summer camp program in Westwood,MA.
In addition to ABA, she also has experience with DIR/Floortime and Replays therapy techniques. Kim is a certified Early Intervention
Specialty Service Provider and currently works as an Associate Behavioral Consultant on both the Home and Clinical Teams.
Her main areas of interest include applications of behavior therapy, verbal behavior, bilingual therapy services, eclectic
treatment, psycholinguistics, neurobiology, language acquisition, child advocacy, and innovative play-based approaches to
treating children with special needs.
Henry
Powell, MA,Ed. has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and has two teaching credentials in Standard Secondary
and as a Teacher of the Deaf. He has worked as a teacher with individuals with disabilities for over 30 years.
As a Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Mr. Powell ran adaptive aquatic programs for Easter Seals, United Cerebral Palsy, San
Diego Park & Recreation, and San Diego City Schools. Currently Mr. Powell works as an Associate Clinical Consultant
for Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC, and works on both the Clinical and Home-based Teams serving children with Autism and
other social, behavioral, communication and inclusion issues. He has also volunteered as an Adaptive Ski
Instructor for ski programs serving individuals with both physical and developmental disabilities, while continuing to work
in the aquatic arena as an instructor and consultant.
Amy
Swallow, MS, Ed. At Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC she works as an Assistant Clinical Director overseeing
the Clinical and Home-based Teams. Amy has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst
with a certification in Communication Disorders and a Master’s Degree in Intensive Special Needs, Pre-k through 12th
grade from Simmons College. She worked at the New England Center for Children, Southborough, MA for 6 years and has been teaching
in Framingham for 5 years as the Special Education Lead Teacher and Liaison for the preschool, elementary, and middle school
PDD/ Autism classrooms. Mrs. Swallow has also been the Director of a summer camp program for students with PDD/ Autism.
Catherine M. Brings, LICSW is the Program Manager
in the North Conway, New Hampshire office of Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC. She is a Licensed Clinical Independent
Social Worker in New Hampshire and Maine. Ms. Brings has over 25 years experience as a clinician, supervisor, mediator and
play therapist. She also uses behavioral and eclectic approaches in dealing with children, adolescents and families.
Her clinical practice includes office, school and home-based services. Ms. Brings work involves serving children with
Autism, Asperger's Disorder and other social, behavioral, communication and inclusion issues as well as their families.
In addition, she is an Adjunct Professor at Granite State College and has presented a variety of trainings regarding children
and families.
Linda Brown,
M.Ed., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Simmons College
in Boston and an advanced Graduate degree in Behavior Intervention for Children with Autism from UMASS Lowell. In Massachusetts,
she worked as a teacher with middle school students with learning disabilities and as the Autism Specialist for children in
preschool through grade 2. Currently Ms. Brown is an Associate Behavior Consultant on the Clinical Team at Applied Behavioral
Associates, LLC, North Conway, and consults to elementary schools and coordinates ABA home and community services to children
with autism and their families on the Home-based Team.
